Eligible VeldEdge products may receive warranty coverage for up to 5 years. The exact duration and coverage depend on the product or order and the applicable warranty terms confirmed for it. This is not a universal five-year warranty for every instrument.

Assessment and remedy

Contact VeldEdge with the product or order details and a description of the issue so that we can assess the claim. Repair or replacement is free only when the product is confirmed defective and covered by the applicable warranty. The appropriate remedy is confirmed after assessment.
