The Process

Your shears are disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and hand-honed by factory-certified master smiths. We restore the exact convex angle required for zero-gravity cutting.

Calibration

Beyond sharpening, we balance the tension, replace worn washers, and calibrate the pivot architecture to ensure perfect alignment through the entire stroke.

Service Request

  1. Initiate a service request via our portal to receive your tracking label.
  2. Secure your instrument in its original protective case.
  3. Dispatch to our laboratory for master-level restoration.
  4. Receive your restored instrument within 7-10 business days.
